鑒于執委會中一位善解人意、兢兢業業、備受大家愛戴的同事羅伯特·恩伯斯不幸于1984年4月8日去世；鑒于羅伯特·恩伯斯的聰明睿智和無私服務不僅受到皮德蒙特名特產公司的全體職工，而且還受到整個社區的無限懷念，皮德蒙特名特產公司執委會特于1984年4月9日一致作出決議：
本執委會全體成員借此機會深深感謝他對皮德蒙特名牌持產公司一整個社區所作出的不懈努力的無私奉獻；同時，我們向其遺孀，馬拉·恩伯斯夫了，其子佛蒙特州北安普敦的拉里·恩伯斯先生和其史，得克薩斯州休斯頓的F.D.恩伯斯先生致以最誠摯的問候；同時，我們將這決議一份記入皮德蒙特名特產公司執委會議事錄，一份呈送其直系親屬，還有一份刊登在本市的報紙上。
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS our beloved colleague Robert Embers passed away on April 8, 1984, and was one of the most sympathetic and hardest-working members of the Executive Committee; and his wise counsel and unselfish services will be missed not only by the employees of the Piedmont Specialty Company but also by the community at large; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that we, his fellow committee members, take this means of expressing our deep appreciation for his untiring and unselfish service to the Piedmont Specialty Company and to the community; and be it
RESOLVED, further, that we extend our sincerest sympathies to his widow, Mrs. Mara Embers; to his son, Mr. Larry Embers, of Northampton, Vermont; and to his brother, Mr. F.D. Embers, of Houston, Texas; and be it RESOLVED, Further, that a copy of this resolution be included in the minutes of the Executive Committee of the Piedmont Specialty Company, that a copy be sent to the members of the immediate family, and that a copy be supplied to the press of the city.
ADOPTED, unanimously, by the Executive Committee of the Piedmont Specialty Company, this ninth day of April 1984.
