重過程、重實效。新(xin)疆銷售(shou)注重發揮(hui)農村加油(you)(you)站(zhan)網絡和人脈優(you)勢,加大激勵引導,油(you)(you)站(zhan)干部員工主動(dong)(dong)走出油(you)(you)站(zhan)推銷化肥(fei)。巴(ba)州分(fen)(fen)公司(si)與(yu)系(xi)統內供應(ying)商聯系(xi),劃分(fen)(fen)責任片區(qu),發動(dong)(dong)加油(you)(you)站(zhan)逐家走訪周(zhou)邊農戶、農企(qi),開創性開展(zhan)柴(chai)油(you)(you)化肥(fei)聯動(dong)(dong)促銷。克拉瑪(ma)依分(fen)(fen)公司(si)首創“銷售(shou)矩陣”,不斷優(you)化“化肥(fei)+油(you)(you)”激勵政策,鼓(gu)勵一線員工曬單報喜(xi)。石河(he)子分(fen)(fen)公司(si)開展(zhan)全員化肥(fei)銷售(shou)競賽,設置專項獎勵,鼓(gu)勵員工積極拓展(zhan)店外化肥(fei)銷售(shou)渠道。
