在江蘇(su)省農(nong)(nong)(nong)村科技(ji)服(fu)務超市(shi)賈(jia)汪(wang)區分店,瑞士先(xian)正達、德(de)國(guo)拜耳、美(mei)國(guo)陶氏(shi)益農(nong)(nong)(nong)、德(de)國(guo)巴斯夫、加(jia)拿(na)大龍燈、臺灣興農(nong)(nong)(nong)等品(pin)牌農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)都被擺放在了顯眼的(de)(de)位(wei)置。店長張(zhang)勝(sheng)豐介紹(shao)說(shuo),科技(ji)超市(shi)除了自建(jian)的(de)(de)2000畝(mu)核心(xin)區示范基地,還為周邊(bian)村鎮的(de)(de)2000畝(mu)大棚草莓種(zhong)(zhong)植農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶(hu)(hu)、8000畝(mu)設施蔬(shu)菜(cai)種(zhong)(zhong)植農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶(hu)(hu)提(ti)供服(fu)務,現(xian)在越(yue)來越(yue)多的(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)植戶(hu)(hu)會選擇(ze)高(gao)品(pin)質的(de)(de)品(pin)牌農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)來防(fang)治病蟲害。“算(suan)用藥(yao)(yao)成本不能(neng)光看(kan)一畝(mu)地花了多少(shao)藥(yao)(yao)錢,還得看(kan)人(ren)工成本。便(bian)宜的(de)(de)藥(yao)(yao)可能(neng)要打兩遍,藥(yao)(yao)效好的(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)打一遍就行了,價格高(gao)點但(dan)節省人(ren)工,算(suan)起來,還是用好藥(yao)(yao)劃算(suan)。”賈(jia)汪(wang)區塔山(shan)鎮各湖村農(nong)(nong)(nong)民陳向令這樣說(shuo)。
“隨著(zhu)勞動力(li)價格的提升,人們也開(kai)(kai)始(shi)對(dui)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)有了(le)(le)(le)(le)全新的認識,以(yi)(yi)往(wang)農(nong)民都是動不(bu)動就打(da)一遍(bian)藥(yao)(yao),不(bu)打(da)藥(yao)(yao)心里不(bu)踏(ta)實(shi)。而隨著(zhu)高端農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)的推(tui)出(chu),以(yi)(yi)康寬一類(lei)為代表的產(chan)品,持效期在20天左右,逐步(bu)被人們認識并接受(shou),這類(lei)產(chan)品改變了(le)(le)(le)(le)農(nong)民的打(da)藥(yao)(yao)習慣。”山(shan)東(dong)省夏津(jin)縣津(jin)豐源(yuan)農(nong)資總經理邊克(ke)杰表示,高端產(chan)品讓(rang)農(nong)民看到了(le)(le)(le)(le)實(shi)惠,既減(jian)少了(le)(le)(le)(le)打(da)藥(yao)(yao)次數,也節省了(le)(le)(le)(le)人力(li)物(wu)力(li),所以(yi)(yi)今(jin)年(nian)在棉花用藥(yao)(yao)上,人們購買農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)走高端路線,只要產(chan)品藥(yao)(yao)效好,貴點(dian)(dian)也能接受(shou)。這也成了(le)(le)(le)(le)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)經銷商很大的利(li)潤增長(chang)(chang)點(dian)(dian),以(yi)(yi)往(wang)產(chan)品每大瓶(ping)子打(da)二(er)十桶水(shui)能賺一兩元錢,現在一桶水(shui)最少能掙5毛錢以(yi)(yi)上,雖然使用周(zhou)期拉長(chang)(chang)了(le)(le)(le)(le),但利(li)潤并沒有降低(di),反(fan)而增加了(le)(le)(le)(le)。
由于高(gao)(gao)(gao)瑞(rui)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)產(chan)品的防治(zhi)效(xiao)(xiao)果一般好于常規農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao),雖(sui)然(ran)其投入較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)(gao),但(dan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)種糧(liang)大(da)戶(hu)使用高(gao)(gao)(gao)端農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)產(chan)品的比(bi)重(zhong)在(zai)增加。“我每年經銷(xiao)(xiao)的農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)品牌有(you)20個,年銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)額幾十萬元。以進口(kou)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)為代表的高(gao)(gao)(gao)端農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)產(chan)品雖(sui)然(ran)只(zhi)有(you)五六個,但(dan)年銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)額占到了一半。”安徽(hui)省明光市(shi)白米山(shan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)場(chang)農(nong)(nong)(nong)資經銷(xiao)(xiao)商朱正德表示(shi),近(jin)兩(liang)年來(lai),農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶(hu)選(xuan)擇農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的品牌意識(shi)越來(lai)越強,即使福戈、拿敵(di)穩等進口(kou)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的市(shi)場(chang)價格遠高(gao)(gao)(gao)于中低(di)端國(guo)產(chan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao),但(dan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶(hu)依然(ran)優先選(xuan)擇。農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)價格已不是種糧(liang)大(da)戶(hu)們(men)唯一考慮的因(yin)素,他們(men)更看重(zhong)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的安全(quan)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)和低(di)毒。
對于這(zhe)一點,青島厚天(tian)農資營銷(xiao)有限公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)王英奇(qi)也深有體(ti)會,他表(biao)示,當前的(de)(de)(de)農民(min)已不(bu)再是單純依靠種田(tian)維持生計的(de)(de)(de)群體(ti)了,尤(you)其是以(yi)(yi)蔬菜(cai)等經濟作物(wu)為主(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)區域,農民(min)會更加(jia)考慮(lv)農藥的(de)(de)(de)成本和(he)產出的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)價比。現在(zai)市場更看重農產品(pin)(pin)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi),也就是好貨要有賣相(xiang),所以(yi)(yi)在(zai)殺菌劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)選擇(ze)和(he)使用(yong)方面的(de)(de)(de)要求不(bu)斷提高,高檔殺菌劑(ji)特別是保(bao)護劑(ji),越來(lai)越受到農民(min)用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)歡迎。此外,持效期長的(de)(de)(de)殺蟲劑(ji),比如(ru)氯蟲系列,選擇(ze)性(xing)(xing)除草劑(ji)如(ru)精喹系列等都被(bei)更多的(de)(de)(de)農民(min)選擇(ze)和(he)使用(yong),這(zhe)樣選擇(ze)的(de)(de)(de)結果是,傳統殺蟲劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)和(he)用(yong)藥量(liang)明顯(xian)減少(shao),總的(de)(de)(de)殺蟲劑(ji)使用(yong)次數減少(shao),總量(liang)下降的(de)(de)(de)局(ju)面在(zai)所難免。而可(ke)以(yi)(yi)節省人工成本的(de)(de)(de)除草劑(ji),則銷(xiao)量(liang)大(da)大(da)增加(jia)。
據(ju)了解,目前種(zhong)植面積較小的(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戶仍以使用毒死(si)蜱(pi)、阿維菌素、殺蟲單等傳統殺蟲劑(ji)為(wei)主,特(te)別是(shi)一些種(zhong)田老把式還是(shi)習慣使用低(di)端(duan)(duan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)產品。但是(shi)隨著種(zhong)糧大(da)戶、合作(zuo)社的(de)(de)涌現及示范作(zuo)用,農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)民選擇高(gao)端(duan)(duan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)的(de)(de)傾向(xiang)越來(lai)越明顯(xian)(xian),每(mei)年常規低(di)端(duan)(duan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)的(de)(de)增長(chang)幅度明顯(xian)(xian)弱于中高(gao)端(duan)(duan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)產品。從(cong)長(chang)遠來(lai)看,低(di)端(duan)(duan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)市場(chang)處于逐漸萎縮狀(zhuang)態已是(shi)不爭的(de)(de)事實(shi)。
