日前,中國農業大學資源與環境學院教授胡樹文帶領的團隊,成功研制出一種新型綠色環保緩/控釋農藥。它具有低毒、環保、長效等特點,是一種能在減少農藥向環境散失的同時,保持足夠長藥效時間的農藥新劑型,它的有效成分能逐步釋放,殺滅害蟲、抑制雜草生長,將其對環境危害降到最低。
據(ju)介(jie)紹,我(wo)國(guo)年(nian)(nian)均化學防(fang)治面積(ji)高(gao)達45億畝次,化學農(nong)藥每年(nian)(nian)可為我(wo)國(guo)農(nong)業生產挽回大約35%—60%的(de)(de)損失,但(dan)通常被施(shi)用農(nong)藥只有(you)20%—30%被利用,大部分(fen)的(de)(de)農(nong)藥效成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)殘留在環(huan)境(jing)當中。目前(qian)國(guo)內外緩(huan)/控(kong)釋(shi)農(nong)藥劑型繁多,但(dan)其(qi)釋(shi)放(fang)特性易(yi)受環(huan)境(jing)的(de)(de)影響,制劑的(de)(de)環(huan)境(jing)穩定(ding)性有(you)明顯缺(que)陷,緩(huan)釋(shi)效果不足,緩(huan)釋(shi)劑又有(you)較高(gao)的(de)(de)技術難(nan)度和生產成(cheng)(cheng)本,這都成(cheng)(cheng)為其(qi)發展瓶頸。
胡(hu)樹文(wen)說,新(xin)(xin)型緩/控釋(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)即在(zai)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)周圍包(bao)裹一薄層(ceng)高分子材料(liao),避免(mian)了農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)與環境(jing)(jing)的直接(jie)接(jie)觸,減(jian)(jian)少農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)在(zai)環境(jing)(jing)中的散失,提高了農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)的利用(yong)(yong)率,減(jian)(jian)少了農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)用(yong)(yong)量(liang),減(jian)(jian)低了農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)的累積殘留毒性(xing)(xing)。與市場現有(you)(you)的緩/控釋(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)相比,新(xin)(xin)型農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)具有(you)(you)更(geng)耐(nai)雨、耐(nai)候等環境(jing)(jing)穩定性(xing)(xing)和緩釋(shi)期(qi)(qi)的可調(diao)控性(xing)(xing),針對發(fa)病(bing)時期(qi)(qi)較長(chang)的蟲(chong)害(hai)(hai)、草害(hai)(hai),能夠對其一次性(xing)(xing)施用(yong)(yong),并(bing)長(chang)期(qi)(qi)有(you)(you)效(xiao)。
經(jing)過(guo)在全國(guo)各地(di)多年的(de)田間實驗,研發(fa)(fa)團隊發(fa)(fa)現系列新(xin)型(xing)緩(huan)/控釋顆(ke)粒農(nong)藥和微膠(jiao)囊(nang)農(nong)藥,具有優良的(de)耐雨(yu)、耐候等(deng)環境穩(wen)定(ding)性和緩(huan)釋期的(de)可調控性,釋放期可達3—5個(ge)月。
研(yan)究(jiu)小(xiao)組針對(dui)小(xiao)麥、西瓜(gua)、桃等作(zuo)物的不(bu)(bu)同(tong)蟲(chong)害(hai),施加(jia)了不(bu)(bu)同(tong)緩(huan)釋期的農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)。結果(guo)顯示,常規農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)處(chu)理的作(zuo)物在(zai)1周左右(you)會(hui)再(zai)次(ci)遭到蟲(chong)害(hai),而用(yong)緩(huan)/控釋農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)的作(zuo)物在(zai)3—4周內未見有明(ming)顯蟲(chong)害(hai),后者(zhe)(zhe)持效期為前者(zhe)(zhe)的2—5倍。
在北京(jing)市大(da)興區小(xiao)(xiao)麥(mai)(mai)的(de)測產活動中,對小(xiao)(xiao)麥(mai)(mai)施(shi)加緩(huan)/控(kong)釋(shi)農(nong)藥(yao)和常規(gui)農(nong)藥(yao)。結(jie)果顯(xian)示(shi),施(shi)加常規(gui)農(nong)藥(yao)的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)麥(mai)(mai)1周左右再次(ci)遭到蟲(chong)(chong)害(hai),1個月后(hou)部(bu)分小(xiao)(xiao)麥(mai)(mai)由于病(bing)蟲(chong)(chong)害(hai)無法成熟,而采(cai)用緩(huan)/控(kong)釋(shi)農(nong)藥(yao)處(chu)理(li)的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)麥(mai)(mai)在1個月后(hou)仍未見有(you)明顯(xian)蟲(chong)(chong)害(hai)。小(xiao)(xiao)麥(mai)(mai)大(da)田(tian)測產的(de)結(jie)果還顯(xian)示(shi)施(shi)加緩(huan)/控(kong)釋(shi)農(nong)藥(yao)的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)麥(mai)(mai)籽粒明顯(xian)飽滿,增產幅度達8%—13%之間。
緩/控(kong)釋(shi)(shi)農藥(yao)對(dui)西(xi)瓜(gua)等瓜(gua)果(guo)也有相同(tong)的效果(guo)。“以西(xi)瓜(gua)為例,用緩/控(kong)釋(shi)(shi)農藥(yao)和(he)常規農藥(yao)處理(li)西(xi)瓜(gua)。常規農藥(yao)施加后第14天,蚜蟲病害(hai)造成葉片蜷縮,瓜(gua)苗萎蔫現象嚴重,而用緩/控(kong)釋(shi)(shi)農藥(yao)處理(li)過(guo)的西(xi)瓜(gua)未見有明(ming)顯蟲害(hai),葉片舒展正(zheng)常,瓜(gua)果(guo)飽滿(man)。” 胡(hu)樹文(wen)說。
研(yan)發團隊(dui)在中(zhong)國水(shui)稻研(yan)究所試驗基地功能田進行緩(huan)(huan)/控(kong)釋農(nong)(nong)藥高效益除草的田間藥效試驗。結果表明(ming),不(bu)同處理的緩(huan)(huan)/控(kong)釋農(nong)(nong)藥在施(shi)用70天(tian)后,對幾種主要(yao)稻田雜(za)草均有良(liang)好防效。水(shui)稻的測產(chan)(chan)結果顯示,緩(huan)(huan)/控(kong)釋農(nong)(nong)藥處理的水(shui)稻畝產(chan)(chan)高達519.90千(qian)克/畝,增產(chan)(chan)25.75%。由于(yu)這種農(nong)(nong)藥制備工藝簡單易行,原料廉價易得(de),因而具有廣闊的市場(chang)應用前景。
